Well the original idea was to make it as "run and gun" as possible. I have a few other dolly systems, but they required a little more setup time or arn't as well suited for our location. But thanks for the link!

Uploaded. Unfortunately we ran out of time, so its not quite the finished piece I was expecting to make it. Also, in the rush to get it uploaded tonight, I thinks some of the audio might have gotten slightly shifted, but I'm not positive. Well, it was certainly a fun time making it. I hope you enjoy!

I do hope you guys enjoy it. We tried to create the most outrageous storyline possible. With a little bit more time I hope to get some of the shots we weren't able to capture, as well as lock down a tighter cut and soundtrack.

That would be the shot with Washington and the fairy's walking down the sidewalk, where the camera is pointed up towards them. Unfortunately, the dolly was a little less than ideal because of the Redrock and large matte box.

Hey JonB,

Loved the concept. Santa and Death against George Washington is a pretty crazy idea. Great costumes too. My favorite series of lines were the ones where within 10 seconds Santa sounds like a whiny jerk. "No you're off the case! No you're a drunk!"

Being a person who dealt with music and audio issues, I can tell you that I really enjoyed the music. Also, several of the fight scenes looked pretty good.

One thing I do wish was that there would have been more exposition. Such a zany concept has almost limitless possibilities for crazy plot lines. Why does Santa drink? Did Rudolph get cancer? Where did he learn to shoot? What's with the fairies?

I feel like you gave me a great concept but I needed more story. Then again, I thought 2 minutes would be more than enough time to explain everything I wanted to in my trailer and ended up cutting a ton. So regardless, good on you. Keep the craziness, I for one love it.
