I just purchased a Pioneer 109 to replace a A05. Iam getting tired of dupping 1 DVD at a time. I was thinking that I could buy several more of the Pio109 since they are $88.00 at NewEgg.com. What would I need to do this or can this be done? :-/

Nero can handle multiple burners at once - You might have to get a bigger power supply for the tower as well.

That said, if you're doing lots (in the hundreds) it might be worth the time to just farm it out.

Iam doing anywhere from 10 -60 at a time. I dont understand if I need a computer to do this, or can I buy some hardware from someone and just mount the DVDs. Kinda clueless on how to make just a duplicator.

Standalone duplicators have a hard drive and would be driven internally via some basic software. So to do it yourself would be tricky unless you knew your away around the tools.

With that kind of volume I would think you would be better served just spending $1500 or so for a real standalone burner.

I don't know this company - Just an example. You would naturally need to shop around.

Looks like what I would need. $1500.00. :'(
I thought I might be able to do it my self. I guess I will have to do more research on this. Thanks for the feed back. I appreciate it.

Duplication service. We used them to do duplication of about 100 or so DVD's. Much faster then we could do it at work. Saves a lot of wear and tear on your equipment. I'll do up to about 10, but after that, we farm it out.

I have a 14 year old kid come over and burn on my single burner in lots of 20. How hard is it to sit their and click the burn button, load the next disc and wait?

I give him $1 per and he burns a disk every 5 minutes. He's happy, I'm happy...
