Hey all. I bought a special mount so I can attach my GH1 to the windshield or hood of my car. I tested it out on my drive to work the other day. With slow shutter speed and compressing the time in post, it looks like I'm going 200 miles an hour!

I shot some interesting stuff at a boxing ring using a c-mount lens off an old Bolex, but I've been too busy to edit it. That will be next.

You should add a few shots of you changing gears (if it's a manual) at normal speed, your sped up shots would look even more real

Unfortunately the car is an automatic, but I could insert a shot of me at the wheel with an evil grin and/or making the gear shift sound effects with my voice, "Bwuuunnn, bwuuuunnnn, bwuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnn!":D

Nope. The raw footage is clean. I uploaded to Vimeo in SD (I'm saving my weekly HD clip for something else), so what you're seeing are the H.264 compression artifacts.
