I've always had an extremely hard time finding perfect focus when using the century .55 fisheye adaptor on my hvx and am wondering if any of you have any tips or advice that may help? Cheers

ok this is probably wrong but it seems to work the best for what i shoot, i shoot snowboarding and i usually am using it to follow a rider around, So have it in manual focus, EVF detail is on, Then use focus assist, zoom in to almost the point where your lens get very blurry, no zom out a tiny bit and try to get your focus as sharp as you can at that point. then zoom out and you should have a fairly crisp image, thats what i do for my 16x9 super fish
this is for settings of 24pN at 24 shutter 1/500 f5.6 thats ideal settings for when i usually have my fisheye on

For a crisp wide Angle shot, I would recommend try to set the f stop as high as possible. Get the same distance from the subject you plan on filming ( if you your doing a follow shot) and use the focus assist and focus it to the subject. The high f stop will give you the largest depth of field and allow the whole scene to look more in focus. Hope this helps!
