Hey guys...how does this work?

Can you get any C-Mount lens and adapt it to a GH1? I just purchase an adapter but I do not know what lens to buy.

Does it cover all the sensor..would i have a vignette? Any ideas of what I am looking into. I would like to get a Canon or Fujinon zoom lens like the ones used in 16mm cameras.

By the way..what the heck is happening with dvxuser.com...I can't call it in my browser? It never opens...what's up with that?

As a rule of thumb, the shorter the focal length (wider-angle), the more vignetting there is. I have a 13mm the severely vignettes. A 25mm that slightly vignettes, then a 50mm and a 75mm that do not vignette at all. However, this varies depending on the brand of lens. There's a thread somewhere about all this on a G1 discussion group (the predecessor to the GH1). On eBay, most c-mount lenses seem to be Kern Paillard, Schneider, and Angenieux. They are a bit expensive but there are deals to be found.
