ok, please correct my logic, but if im in interval rec mode does typical p2 card capacity go way up?

for example:
lets say that in a 24fps shooting mode i have (for simple math example) 10min of card capacity
then would a 1fps interval rec give me 24x that capacity thus providing 240min?

Kind of. The playback time would still be 10 minutes, though. So your storage capacity is the same, but it takes 240 minutes to fill it up with 10 minutes of footage. Although I've never actually tried it, that logic seems correct. The only exception is that native frame rate modes and things like that change it up a bit, so it might not be that direct of a calculation.

well, yeah. card capacity wouldnt change. but my shooting time would be 24x as long. so in this case, in interval rec id be covering 240 min of elapsed time instead of 10 min
