1080i 24P. Or 1080i 24PA, if you want to remove pulldown and get to 23.98.

Select 1080i/24pA within the recording format menus. It records within the 1080i wrapper.
This is a true, progressive capture, just recorded into a 1080i environment using two different flavors of pull-down (2:3:3:2 in Advanced, better for projects that might receive a film-out).
