Yeah, this financing deal is a crock, though. They only offer financing to businesses. What about all of the freelancers and private professionals that want to get a camera within their reach on a payment plan that is affordable? I called Panasonic about this financing, and they won't even give you the time of day unless you're an established business with over 5 years of operation time.
What a crock.

You could always got to your bank and get a loan. Or jsut try to save up for one the old fashioned way..
screw financing. just rent cams as needed until youve saved enough to buy. thats what i did.

I second WGZN...I did the same thing.
financing, unless you have contracted work ready to pay for it - IS DUMB. and the fastest way to get into trouble.
i started in this industry about 16 years ago with a couple of similar dumb decisions that to this day show up negatively in my credit.
debt is dumb. cash is king. i suggest in your free time you look into this guy:
