Wanted to give a heads up to anyone wanting to organize and share their production documents. I used Google Docs for a couple things on my last short, but this time around I've been using it for A LOT more. It's been a huge help in pulling everything together quickly, and collaborating with my crew. Anyone else using it?

google docs is pretty awesome, I use it at work to keep metadata for the clips we publish online.

I highly recommend Celtx as well, it's an awesome film production tool, plus it's free, mac and pc compatible.

Celtx FTW! I love that program, and it is getting better all the time. It isn't as powerful or as robust as Final Draft for actual screenwriting (but is still darn good), but it has many other production management features that FD doesn't. I used it to manage "Picture" and will use it again on future shoots.

I'll have to look into all the features of Google Docs. I've been meaning to give it serious consideration for a while now.
