My kingdom for 24P. The M-JPEG looks good, and very much like video.

Sigh...

Are there manual controls? I could not find out that info anywhere...

I couldn't either.

The clips are not bad considering the cost. It's a removable lens large 12MP sensors camera that can fit in your big coat pocket for under 700 bucks that shoots 720P.... That's crazy. The above clips don't look any worse than the 720P/30 fooatge I've DL'd shot with the GH1.

Aperture priority only, ie you can set the f/stop manually in the camera's menu and it will automatically select the appropriate shutter speed. Don't know if you can lock down ISO?

Wait that stuff at the beginning was shot with the 14-140mm lens? As in our good old GH1 stock lens? I had no clue it could get DOF like that...I've seen some amazing stuff with it but that takes it.

Not bad, but the Lumix G Vario HD 14-140mm lens alone is like 900 bucks isn't it?

Yeah and as it's kinda slow that money can probably be better spent on some primes but the fact that many of us here have/have ordered GH1s and that the lens it's coming with can put out images like that, even on another camera, is worth talking about.

Definitely worth talking about. But I already heard from many people that this is indeed a very good lens.
