HVX200 - Tape capture in CS4 (Mac)

So, I have an HVX200, and a new Mac: 8 core 3.0 Xeon with 6 gigs of ram; and I cant seem to get Premiere CS4 to capture my tape. Its quite aggrivating.

I get an error when in the capture window: "Can not activate recorder. Try resetting the camera."

I restart the camera in different ways, try different points where I turn the camera on / put into VCR mode, and still nothing.

Any tips?

Make sure you're capturing in DV, not HDV. I had the same problem.
