I've got a music video that I'm prepping for this weekend and I'm trying to figure out how to achieve a look that they use in this video below where the singer is singing along with the song in what seems to be real time however the band behind him is moving at much faster pace. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I'm also trying how to figure out the opposite is done as well where it appears as if the singer's body movements are fast and rapid but he's singing right along with the song. It can be seen in the video below.

Green screening seems to be one choice. And the composite.

True, I just have no budget and don't have access to a green screen. People in the past have suggested speeding up the song by 200% so the singer is singing really fast but then shoot everything in 60 fps and then play it back in real time. But I don't know what the exact timing is for sure.

Speed the song up by 250% and it'll look right in 60p.
