View Full Version : Panasonic GH1 low light footage test in Taiwan

Last week, my girlfriend did some shopping and I got bored.

This happened:

The camera held up great, I am really pleased with the result. No mud, and all shot in full HD 24p.

The night market had a lot of unusual lights, neon, street lights, and some areas were very dark indeed, yet the image has a silky DSLR feel to it.

Mud seems not to be an issue in such low light, nor does it when underexposing and panning slowly.

Sweet. Nice footage! Some of the best yet from the GH1!

I'd say the same. That footage looks STUNNING! wow... I need to get one of these asap! I'd like the 5d, but I could get two of these for the price of the 5d and I don't shoot that many still jobs and if I do, I'll just rent a still cam...

Man.... that market stuff just looks so sharp...
