Hi there --
I saw a clip of an Obama briefing on CNN tonight that would fit perfectly into my documentary. ABC has a very similar clip but with less audio quality (they were further away in the briefing room and only used a shotgun mic while CNN had a feed from the podium mic).
What do you think chances are that CNN would respond to my request and sell me a license to use a 10-sec clip?? Do you think I could get away with using 10-sec of that clip without clearance??
