I like the Leica Noctilux-M 50mm f/0.95. Somehow that lens emits or multiplies light!? :Drogar-Mark-03(DBG)

I've got a lens that's 1.0 and it's nearly impossible to have anything in focus at 1.0... if the object is moving even slightly the rack focus effect is ridiculous. You can have the tips of somebody's eyelashes crisp, and the eyes soft.

Not really that useful when you start playing around with it.

I got it back when I thought it would be cool to have a camera that could basically see in the dark... (I wanted to do my own ghost hunter thing... but everybody that was to do it with me was either unreliable or wanted to take control of the project... i.e. suck the fun out of it.)

I've seen my share of projects where everyone was stepping on everyone else's head trying to position themselves for a bigger slice of a pie that didn't exist yet. One hundred percent of nothing pie is still nothing.

Ask anyone that knows me... I work for money, fun, or friends (in that order).

The myth is that you can have 3 out of 3...
I prefer 2 out of 3...
I'll show up for 1 out of 3.

Less then that and I'm out :)

I know this isnt the audio section but if this is true

The best mic is a $5k mic... strapped to your camera so you don't need a soundguy!

Then im a very happy guy:bath:

Sorry... that was my attempt at humor based on the $5K mic thread... the title of which, is pure comedy unto itself.

EDIT: Here's what F 1.0 looks like from normal shooting distance. If I zoom in to an ECU I can have one eye in crisp focus and the other totally soft.
