Okay, so I've had some problems lately, which I solved.
I was getting tons of noise from my Video mic, which i solved by turning down the channel 1 sensetivity on the back of the camera. However, with the sensitivity so low, the mic doesn't pick much up. It's to the point where I barely get anything with the mic 2 feet away from the actors mouth.
So what are some settings I should know to optimize my volume, without getting tons of noise.
(The high pass filter on the videomic is on and recording is indoors. there is no air conditioner or anything making noise. Not even the slightest breeze)
