Short Film shot with SGPro

Hello everyone,
I have just completed my first short film using a Sony FX1 and SGPro R3.

Hey Ian,

That was really nice, good work! How did you do the slow camera move that looked up into the trees? That was very pro.

Hopefully you get that entered in some short film festivals. It's well done.

Regarding the shot of the trees, i assume you mean the pan and fade where the tree tracks accross the frame and fades into the woman standing on the road. I shot both elements, the tree and the woman as a manual pan, and time re-mapped the tree shot in after effects so they overlapped exactly. I then simply faded between the two.

Great stuff, nice sound and good camera work. Nice to see other film makers in devon.

Me and my friend shoot with a FX1 aswell, unfortunately ours has broken down 5 times since we have bought it.
