Frame Hold!!!

Anyone familiar with "Frame Hold" option in Vegas? I couldn't find it anywhere! I don't want to export frame as JPEG but just freeze the current frame on the timeline.

Use a Velocity Envelope and set it to 0%. The first frame of the clip will stay for the duration of the event.
