Plug in problem

Recently I loaded Nero on my computer and have had all kinds of weird problems ever since. I have uninstalled Nero but I'm still experiencing problems. One is when I use any plugin to manipulate a clip I get a horizontal line that doesn't respond. I've tried repairing Vegas, but no joy. I have a jpeg but can't seem to get it to post here. Anyone have any suggestins?

Goto SCREENGRAB section and look at POST HOW TO POST A FRAME GRAB.

MAKE SURE IT IS UNDER 100k

Post it HERE so we can scope it.

Looks like that's your split screen preview, taken down to a very narrow line. I don't have it in front of me, but check your help section to see how to manipulate the size and location of the split screen. You should be able to reset it to normal.

Thanks all for your suggestions. Nothing has seemed to work, but I redered one of the clips and the line dissappears. Who knows. I think I'm going to have to wipe my hard drive clean to get rid of whatever file nero must have left behind.
