Would you say a feature can be shot in one month?

You can do it in a month provided the script isn't too long and doesn't require too many massive company moves. A lot of lower budget films are shot in about a month.

A week, a month, three years, ten years. That answer is valid for productions of any running length.

Similarly, your budget range for a feature is going to be somewhere between $0 and $500 million.

A "feature"? Maybe. Depends on what you mean by that term. Heck, if you mean a "feature-length production" you could shoot that in 90 minutes, if your actors were well-rehearsed enough and your script was a real-time stage play type of thing.

A hollywood feature with big actors and stunts? More like 9 months. But what most people are thinking of with the low-budget $200k-ish indie feature, yes, a month is a suitable amount of time.

A feature can most definitely be shot in a month. Editing it and getting it released/distributed is another story...
