Not sure exactly what you're looking for, but The Filmmaker's Handbook is available here:
http://www.amazon.com/Filmmakers-Handbook-Comprehensive-Guide-Digital/dp/0452286786/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_k2a_2_img?pf_rd_p=304485601&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-2&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=0452279577&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=024TASGF40M06K2BXSQH
The "Guerilla Film Makers Handbook" from the ASC is available here:
http://www.ascmag.com/store/product.php?productid=1100&cat=319&page=1
And the American Cinematographer's Manual can be bought here:

The ACS manual is basically an advertising scheme for Panavision and is lacking in relevant data.
David Samuelson's "Hands On" Manual for Cinematographers is better IMO:
http://www.amazon.com/Hands-Manual-Cinematographers-Second-Samuelson/dp/0240514807
Also, Blain Brown's "The Filmmakers Pocket Reference" is a great minimalist reference:

What would you say is the ASC manual lacking that the others have.... just wondering... I found it to be a pretty good reference guide....

I honestly can't even remember. The last time I bought one (was the first time), about 3 years ago and I just remember being really disappointed by it. I got rid of it and bought the Samuelson book and it seemed to have everything I needed.
It's not even like I was looking for anything weird, just some basic stuff and all I remember seeing were these full page ads for Panavision and excessive references to Panavision in the reference material.
