Film Grain Settings?

Can anyone recommend settings for Vegas' film grain effect that would approximate clean modern 16mm and/or 35mm film stocks? Is this plugin okay, or should I just go to After Effects? Thanks!

I think both will work fine you; I dont have any special settings but I think the key is going to be

LESS IS MORE.

Maybe just a touch of granularity.
