Any suggestions where to buy one copy of Vegas 5 + DVD with the acedemic discount? Some of the websites I've visited seem rather confusing. They offer Vegas + DVD but don't specify it's VEgas 5. Others offer 10+ quantities.

You mean . . . can you bring it up within Vegas?
No. I don't think you can bring it up in any other NLE, either.

I bought my copy of vegas 5.0+DVD from academicsuperstore.com and there is no difference at all. I use A.E. with vegas also but I am still pretty new to a.e. dave jimerson is right, a.e won't import into any NLE that I know of but I really don't know what benifit that would be anyway since you usually edit first, save as avi and finish in a.e, right?
