Short answer : Mess with the Saturation, Contrast and add Grain untill you get a look you like.
Maybe add a small tiny glow, or double up the footage, lower the opacity of the top layer, and add a small blur for a bit of a double image/ghosting.
Just have fun and and you might come up with a look that you think is good just by fooling around.
