Mack international warranty policy

Does anyone know what the mack warrant policy is for fixing a camera. i have read their website over and over again but they dont seem to make it clear about where i can take my product if something goes wrong with it. I want to purchase a ex1 from globalmediapro( yes i know they are dodgy but i live in south africa so im dodgy too:Drogar-Shock(DBG):) am i supposed to take it to an actual mack service centre(which just so happens is about 6 countries away, i lov SA) or can i take it to an authorised repair centre in South africa. i dont know what they mean by authorised, who authorises, is there a list?

wow, mack emailed me back really quick.

i think what they are saying is. if something goes wrong i must contact the manufacturer which is sony SA and ask them to tell me who the authorised sony repairers are in south africa. then i get the repair number from mack and take my product to them. if its that easy then i feel safer buying my ex1 from globalmediapro.com since mack is willing to back them.

yes i have heard of them a few times, there website looks semi descent and i cant see anywhere what the shipping costs and terms of trade are but i think im gonna give them another go.
