Sound Problem transferring P2 Clips

I'm having an odd problem transferring over footage from my p2 cards with Final Cut Pro (6.05). The sound on the clips completely drops out for the last few seconds (proportionate to how long each individual clip was). The sound is on the card itself when played through the camera, but cuts out upon transfer. The video remains unaffected. In the log and transfer window, the the clip registers as only partially transferred. When I set in and out points, the problem persists. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? Thanks.

I NEVER log with FCP ! I use P2CMS and P2LogPro and prefer P2LogPro. Try P2CMS its free. Just found another solution but very expensive:
