The Can of Tuna Fish is my first attempt at comedy. It tells the story of Jason, recently graduated from College and living on his own. After a fun night of partying, Jason attempts to make himself some tuna before his shift at work. Unfortunately, the only can opener he owns doesn't work. Working against the clock, Jason goes on an adventure (except not) through his apartment complex in search of a can opener so he can enjoy his lunch and get to work on time. Along the way he meets some very interesting people...
And then, there's this :violent5::D

Sounds like this guy might end up suffering from Wrap Rage (look it up). I happen to have a piece involving this. No tuna, but there is a shooting at the end.
I can't wait to see it. It'll be nice to see more comedies in this fest. I guess Loss isn't as funny of a topic as quests are. But heck isn't every movie about a quest? Even if it's just for a can opener.
Good Luck!

@Chris and RanRan - Thanks :) I think the script is really funny, as does the few people I've let read it. Hopefully when it's acted out it's just as funny, if not funnier.

Thanks for the welcomes :) I'm really excited to actually enter a film in a film festival.
@NoDice: I'm glad you like how simple it is. It started off as a short (SHORTTTTT) story for a fiction class I was in. During the workshop someone mentioned how she'd like to see it as a film. That sparked the idea. I love simple films. Especially with a lack of budget xD
@puckthemad: I will eat your brains. No can opener for you.
@Studio595: :D Thanks! I can't wait to start filming!!
@dsto: ^_^ Thanks for the welcome.
@Stinkpot: Race against the clock comedies are really fun if they're done right, that's why I'm going to make sure I get eveything the way I want it. Even if it means tazing my actors when they give me lip xD *zap*

I love the title and the concept! It seems to me that you have a very clear idea of what you are going to do. Good work and much luck :)

Shooting is June 15-19, then editing is going on that weekend.
I'm still crewing up, though. I just got finished with an internship (helped on a film set). So now I'm ready to get this going. I'm excited.
