How to: Frame by Frame

When i'm in the timeline or trimmer window, i am unable to view or move back and forward by single frames. When i use the arrows or the clicks on screen, the footage moves by a few frames rather than single frames. I was able to move back and forth by single frames in Premiere but not in Vegas.
Does anyone know how to do this? Or is this a limitation in Vegas?

Use your scroll wheel to zoom in on the timeline a little more and then the arrow keys will move the cursor 1 frame at a time.

You can also use the "ALT+left or right arrow" keystroke combo to move one frame left or right no matter how far you're zoomed out on the timeline.
