Can anybody at the show give me their impressions of Panasonic's new Color viewfinder for the higher end cameras...the model # is AJ-CVF100G. It's supposed to use the same tech as the viewfinder of the HPX300, but has a 1" image instead of the 300's .45".

Does it seem responsive? Does the image inside feel big enough? (it being a 1" screen). Do you know if it drains the battery faster than a B&W viewfinder, and if so, by how much?

Any intell much appreciated, thanks...

I would love to see that. The little .45" LCOS VF on the 300 was really good so this new 1" version must be awesome.

Still, it costs what an HPX300 costs. Yikes.

No love for the new $8500 color viewfinder?

I didn't read a word from NAB on it and nobody has posted here or elsewhere about it. Wonder if they showed it at the booth? Is it shipping yet?
