Fujinon to introduce new PL lenses

Check this out... Fujinon is going to start making some PL-mount glass!

How sweet is that? Should help alleviate the lens dearth caused by Reds... no indication of price in this press release; I wouldn't expect it to be cheap. But Fujinon entering the PL game brings some major manufacturing capacity to the cinema lens realm. First of their new lenses should arrive next month.

If you are interested in PL lenses you'd benefit keeping an eye on the 'Lens tests' subforum there, as many cheaper glasses being introduced almost weekly. What we are expecting to happen in the camcorders world actually is happening in the cine lens world currently. (Increased quality & reduced prices)
