want some advice, how to use the microphone RODE NTG-2 with EX1.How need to do to get a sound as good with both microphones. I did a test with -47 db Thanks

41 is the normal setting. It is just a fine tuning of sensitivity. Too low and you'll need to set mic closer and levels will be low, too high and you'll start to notice some outside noise. You'll be fine at 41 or 47.
If your doing interviews the mic should be placed right over forehead and just above pointing straight down. If your trying to match the Rode to the camera mic they will never sound truly the same, the Rode will have a better presence, the camera mic will pick up too much of the room. Just use the Rode with a splitter to both channels or just have the camera mic on as a last ditch back up on the other channel. But for interviews just split to both channel with the Rode.
