Any of you have extensive experiences in Singapore?
An opportunity is being offered to me there but it's a two year contract and I'd be taking my family. As I research it, it is dawning on me just how very little I know about the place, other than it's clean, pretty and has very little crime. I know nothing about housing, rent houses (if they exist) and even food and such.
If ya have first hand experience, I'd love to hear your view points...

I'm living in Seoul right now. And it can be difficult sometimes to live in another country. A two year contract is a long time. But then again, it might be a great opportunity for your family. See how they feel, and research Singapore culture.

shoooot. There is everywhere now.
We hashed out details and were way too far off on compinsation to enetertain it further.
It was a teaching job and dadgummit, nobody pays teachers what they are worth.
I may go lecture from time to time, just popping in for a few days at a time but that's it.
Would have loved to go check it out but I can't close my current business to do this one.
