FS100 .MXF how to?

i have a FS100 , and always shoot .mov clips , but i need to shoot .mxf because i´m going to pass the footage away to edit in Premiere or Avid...but whem i shoot mxf in FS100 , it does not create the contents paste. , just the mxf files...and i cant log and transfer this way...

how to.?..thanks..
