I see that there is a "invert scan" mode for flipping the image for use with 35mm adapters... Has anyone used this mode yet? Does it have any effect on the Skew issues? does it have any effect on noise? Does this mode mean you can use an adapter like the Mini35Compact ? if so thats great!

Anyone who uses this camera please any info would help at all. thanks!

It's going to record what it sees . . . if your image is inverted you will record it inverted.
I'm pretty sure it has the flip feature in the LCD, so you have the option to "view" it properly if your adapter doens'nt do the flip but you will still be recording what the camera sees on the ground glass.

The HPX300 doesn't just flip the LCD, it flips at the recording level.

ha ha, way to go Dave . . . wrong again!

(more than likely an over-accumulation of too much vitamin D).

Thanks for straigtening me out on that Barry.
