How do you reopen a rendered and closed Color project?
I found the project files in my documents folder and reopened it, but when I went into the Color FX room, my nod tree was gone.
The clips in the timeline didn't show any thumbnail either, there were just red crossed out boxes.
There must be a way!
Help, please

First off, going forward I would change your preferences, so you have all your saved projects going to a specified project location and not something random like my docs as it does default.

But, I am not sure how to help you. All I can say is I save my projects once completed and can reopen the rendered version anytime thereafter. I know that doesnt help, but is it possible you arent using the correct project file?

Where is your source footage located (not the rendered files Color made but the original QT files that you color corrected)?

I just want to further adjust what I already worked on.

Is that impossible because it was already rendered?

So I either have to go back to square one or I have to treat the already corrected version as it were new material?

Every time I go back I create more renders?

You should be able to reopen your previously rendered project. Make the changes to the clips you want, add only those clips to your render que and then just send out again.
