Does anybody have any suggestions on how to add the same lower third title to a mass number of clips?

make your first one then duplicate and change the titles

yeah i was afraid of that... that's what we are doing now. i was hoping that maybe someone know of some sort of an automation program there might be out there. it is pretty much just a watermark of sorts that we are trying to add to about 100-200 video clips a day!

Traffic is supposed to handle this sort of automation.

Or you could nest the sequence and then put one title over everything. This would work fine if every shot in the edit needed the same watermark.
