Hi!
This one is maybe more aimed to the DIY-guys.
I have quite light diy setup with a homemade adapter and rig.
Now I tried some faulty dvd-portables as monitors and the results are not that bad (still saving money for that lilliput) - but the question is - how the heck do I attach an lcd to the rig?
I have 3 aluminium rods so maybe some kind of a pole-arm bracket but can't seem to find anything suitable.
--- Another question goes to what kind of thingie you use to attach the rig to a tripod? I don't know the name in english, but the part that goes to the tripod shoe, one with a 5mm hole for the screw?
Eg the female part. Is just a metallic plate with a 5mm hole and a nut?
