CS4 export blu-ray

I filmed with 1920x1080 25p SONY EX1, I want to export in Blu Ray with CS4, you can not find any setting to 25p, only 25I. Who will help me with information, how to make a blu ray 25p pal 1920X1080 with CS4?

I think the blue ray format is only 50i (or60i), but if your source is 25p, both half frames will be visually blended, like any broadcast signal (I think)
