30p - Interlacing ??

I filmed in 30P and edited in 29.97 timeline.....I exported using Quick Time conversion....and im seeing some interlacing what would cause this I thought 30P would not have any interlacing issues??

Seeing interlacing- where-= in QTPlayer, DVD? And is your sequence set at fields, none?
