Okay, this question may have been asked thousands of times before, but I need to know some step by step to export a project on flv with the best resolution for web, similar to this: http://slideshowpro.net/examples/

There's no "best." All web compression is a tradeoff between speed of download and file size. You pick whatever works best for you.
