WOW! Your guys are quick.
I think I will skip this one, but a kid in the neightbourhood shoots an Indiana Jones film in the moment.
I could steal it and enter the Quest Fest with "Indiana Jones and the Spear of Destiny" :D

Dude you are an inspiration in the title department.... besides, Quest Fest demands a long title... Mine was originally going to be "The Extraordinarily Strange Days of Joey Davis and the Problem with Blue Doors" but I decided on brevity.

Richard J. Johnson

Excellent! Will be looking forward to it. If you have someone to shoot BTS stuff, now is a good time to get them started to document your steps through production of this monster you're about to unleash on us... If not, then just turn the camera on yourself like me and Zak did, and let us know what you;re up to and how it's going. after the 4th one, you won;t be so nervous.

Thank you! This one is really gonna be hard to get made. Budget issues are really slowing things down right now. I have a month to get the money up then I will see where i'm at. Private schools, mortagage, car payments and other things have to get knocked out first.

I'm not sure if Jackhammer will happen this fest. I got hired to direct a feature with a decent budget, we started shooting 4 weeks ago and we are scheduled to wrap in June and I have another feature shooting in mid july. Hopefully I can shoot this in between.
Right now I'm working a full time job, shooting 4 days week and taking care of my 2 kids, so my time is on lock.
If I can't get this done I will be back for the next one for sure. :crybaby:

Its good to see that you have your priorities straight. I'm in a similar situation, but didn't even have a chance to start a thread for Quest Fest. In reality, a good short takes a long time to make when you include all the stages of production. You have to put aside 3 to 5 weeks. During that time, money is leaving your pocket, not going back in. Survival is a priority. :crybaby:
I better stop writing and get back to work.

Hey man,
i'm so sorry that you are not in Questfest ....so let me know if you need of score for your projects ...Actually i'm working hard for release (PSI records or gothic storm) a trailer soundtrack album (epic, war, etc) it should be out (I hope) for july...so let me know if you are in quest fest because i could score only for one short (due to my time) ..if questpeople needed..

There is something really funny (in a bad way) about punching life in the neck.
