Can someone explain the framerate options on a HV30?

So my primary camera is a A1 and I shoot action sports in 60i mode. I use the HV30 as my b roll and also want to shoot in 60i mode (primarily for slow mo). Can someone explain to me the HV30 framerates? Right now its in standard HDV mode, with available options of PF30, PF24. Which should I use?

I'm also using a custom preset on my A1, can it be loaded on to the HV30 as well?

60i is standard HDV.
PF25 is progressive framerate, for use in Cine Mode
Increasing the shutter speed is the way to go for fast moving subject matter. (slomo in post).
Custom presets cant be used on the HV30
