Ok so I am doing a project shot on a panasonic 100. The footage is pixilated kinda of like a fast forward piece without a de-interlace filter on it. I also have some heavy film filters layered on the footage but it was like this before I did any of that. I threw a de-interlace filter on it to clear it up then I exported it.... didn't help, everything was either blurry or still just as bad. I put all of my film filters on it, rendered everything and exported it but in the quicktime preview everything was still the same. Except for the still shots, the stills were perfect. So I need to figure out how to make everything clear, I have tried everything I know how to do and got nothing.

can you put up a still frame? i'm going to guess you've got dirty heads on whatever you played back from while capturing it.

I don't think so because I used the same camera about a week later and didn't have anything like what I have now. No one used the camera in between that time period. My friend has the same footage on his computer and it is not messed up. used the same camera to import the footage on.
