"No Media" Even if there actually is?

So we just shot a bunch of stuff on my EX1, and I'm trying to ingest footage via XDCam Transfer, but the XDCam transfer says "No Media" and "No Image Available", even though the BPAV files are there, and the camera can view footage, and I can watch them through VLC player.

Any ideas? I'm so lost and trying to figure this out, but here is a screen shot of it.
