Quick questions with scene files

Alright well if im fliming a ski video were i will be following skiers im guessing i should use f5? and also im wondering if is should shoot in 24P or 30P? also what shutter speed should I use?

I don't know what the default scene settings are. Just mess with the settings in them or go through to understand the look and pick whichever one works best. We can't tell you what kind of look you want. The same goes for framerate. I'd probably go 30p on it and speed up the shutter if you want clean action shots. Lower the shutter if you don't mind or would prefer some motion blur, or if you need to let in more light.
