Can't offer much current help and the advice to check one of the books at SF is a good idea. But, Ill get my feet wet here:

AEF a talent agency (Amsel, Eisenstadt, Frazier) (Milton Perea)
Bonnie Black Talent Agency (Bonnie and Frank Black)

With the caveat that I left L.A. in '94:
CESD...LONGTIME name agency, particularly in commercial and VO.. number of name changes through the years but Cunningham and Escott remain constant...
AEF...Amsel is, I assume a holdover from the days when Fred Amsel was a well known and respected agent...is he still even alive?...
If you're SAG, you know you can go to the guild and check talent rosters and see who they currently rep
