Hi,

What does it mean when you can actually see a spin in your image when using the M2 adapter? Is that just one of the 'cons' of using this adapter or is that particular adapter defective?

My thanks for your time.:dankk2:

Assuming you're not shooting at some unusually high shutter speed, it usually means your GG is spinning too slowly, which usually means your battery is dying. (Some cold conditions can make a battery seem deader than it really is...but assuming you're not out in the subzero temps, the battery probably just needs replacing.)

Hi frobozz,

I just updated our knowledge base article on a visible or pulsing cinescreen and the causes. Here's the link:

For footage showing visible half-moon lines, wobbling or pulsing. (http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.472981/ctype.KB/it.I/id.910/KB.2520/.f?sc=8&category=12)

Cheers!

Don't leave us hanging... please share with us the actual cause of what you were seeing?

frobozz is right. I recently witnessed this problem with my M2. It was indeed the battery dying.
