if anybody is thinking of buying anything from this company please save yourself the pain as i've have just been screwed for just under £1000 on 2 tilt lenses

've copied the 2 emails i've had from them below . They have not responded in 5 weeks!! its been 3 months since i put the order in!!!

That sucks.

Always research before you buy from these crazy overseas places. A quick google search will show you some pretty bad results from this website. Even if the price is cheaper, in the end you're better off just paying a bit extra and buying local/from a trusted website.

i've posted this in a few places and was told on the red user forum to contact the Better business bureau www.bbb.org as they have had number of complaints.

I'm not sure how long its been since your order or if you still care but it might be an idea to file a complaint.
I've heard mixed reviews about rugfit , the more people that complain might mean they conduct there business in a more honest fashion.

i just got this from them so there might be hope!!!! but I'm still not purchasing in this way again.

As I've already said, 35 mm was sent to you long ago.
The 2nd lens was shipped a little bit later.
We try to solve this situation. The parcels seem to be lost somewhere.
We are talking to the post and the customs-house now and trying to
find out where the parcels are..
I understand your indignation, but please understand us too.
Parcels are lost, it happens sometimes and it's not our fault..
Please give us a few days. If there is no results of investigation,
we'll return you money.

I have just received the lenses after reporting rugfit to the better business bureau who contacted the company on my behalf. The build quality is a joke, the aperture ring is looses and feels plastic like, they also did not arrive with back caps.

I will never buy from this company again and would sugget that anyway else that is thing about it. THINK TWICE!!!!

I'm not going to send them back as it has taken 5 months for them to arrive in the first place
