Anyone try out P+S Technik's 35mm primes? I haven't found much in the way of reviews or posts about their qualities here or on reduser.net

http://www.pstechnik.de/en/optics-lensset.php

I know they are rehoused Zeiss ZF primes that retain their nikon mounts.
They are more expensive than the ZF's, as most stuff from P+S comes at a premium of course.

-Are the focus marks better for dramatic work (bigger barrel)?
-Do they have marked T-Stops vs F-Stops?
-Do they focus the wrong way like the original Zeiss ZF's?

Along those lines, anyone try out their new line of 16mm digital lenses?

Also if anyone is looking for a great set of geared - re housed Nikon lenses, check out my post in the Marketplace. I am not selling anything, but I thought others should know that Visual Products is selling their Sam Cine re-housed Nikon set complete with BNCR RED mounton Ebay.

from what I've read, they focus the same way as the zeiss zf, reversed compared to cine.
but that's an easy fix if you can either set your rig up to mount your follow focus
upside down above the lens on the same side, this will re-reverse to match pulling on the
cine glass. Or if you have a follow focus like Cinevate Durus, you can flip the gear box
over and have reversed focus direction.

the focus gear with their larger housing is the same as adding on gears from any of the
35adapter companies that have cine pitch.

not sure about the f-stop v t-stop.

didn't see if they de-click the aperture ring or not.

Someone on reduser mentioned that they talk to the P+S guys at NAB 2007, the price quoted was around $2200 per lens. roughly double.

There is a guy I came across on reduser, Matthew Duclos, that mods the Zeiss ZF lenses,
doing basically everything that P+S does, but cheaper.
