I wanna say thanks for all the info you all gave me a month or so ago on the interlacing problems I was having with my V1U. Turns out it was just Quicktime's missing Codec causing those dastardly lines. But, many of the settings you all suggested improved the quality in which I'm shooting altho some made me realize that my camera is missing some key features & I may have been expecting more out of the V1U then it can provide.
I still get a little fuzz in the back ground & it drives me nuts but all & all the image looks incredible. maybe when my budget can afford, I may upgrade to The DVX200A or The Sony PMW EX3. Not sure when that will be or what will be available when I can ever afford a new cam but whatever will get me a cleaner sharper HD image.
Any suggestions?
